Gerhard: This is the first professional CD we recorded, mixed and produced all by ourselves. Most of the recording happened in June in Velden, Austria, some tracks had to be re-recorded at a later time. I started mixing at the beginning of September 2010 and finished my work in February 2011. We used a great Neumann Micro TLM 103, a RME Fireface interface and Christine finally had her own Martin Guitar (OM 28 V) for the recording. Cubase was our mixing program. The project was one of the most intense experiences of my life. Through my huge inspiration it developed from the unsystematic first steps of an amateur to a deep meditative process, in which music and the final outcome became more important than my own needs and my personal life. I am deeply grateful for this experience and the result. And the feedback and love from the people listening to this music touches me deeply every day…
Christine: After finishing the first CD our friends kept asking for a second one and so Gerhard put a lot of effort into coming up with the best solution. I sang and played mainly Bhajans (only one English song which is really the poem of an American friend) The conditions were very difficult in our tiny room in India where background noise kept interfering with the recording process. Since I had recorded everything without a Metronome, no one was able to play the drums to the existing recordings. That’s why I had to do this part myself as well using the drum pad of a friend. Our first 2 CDs are not professional but we learned a lot during the process and this built the foundation for our 3rd and 4th CD. 
Christine: We stayed in India for over 7 years and we played a lot of music during this time, mostly Bhajans – traditional spiritual songs which have a special energy. They have a deep effect not so much on our emotions but on a deeper level – you might call it soul level – and can bring musicians and listeners to a higher consciousness.
